We will arrange for our driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation in Arusha. You will stay overnight at Tulia Boutique in Arusha City, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Arusha, also known as 'A' town by the locals, is located at the base of Mount Meru, Africa's fifth-highest mountain. The city's high altitude provides a pleasant climate and lush green environment. While some visitors may not consider Arusha particularly attractive, it is a necessary stopover before embarking on this safari adventure.

Day 2

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will be met at your accommodations by your safari guide and then drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This is a relatively small but diverse park situated 120km west of Arusha. The park’s namesake is a shallow salt lake. It covers a large area of the park, floods and dries with the seasons, and is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. During your park explorations, you will see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and, with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes. It not only has grassy plains, but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab-dotted cliffs.

After an extensive game drive through the park, you will head towards your accommodations for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Karatu To Serengeti National Park

Karatu To Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will continue towards the fertile highlands where wheat, coffee, and corn are grown by the Iraqw people. Passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be able to see the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater before traveling onwards to the Serengeti, which you will reach by midday.

Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania. It features diverse landscapes and habitats, such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. The biggest wildebeest and zebra migration takes place here and, depending on the season, you may witness thousands of animals on their search for food and water.

After an extensive game drive, you will head to the accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Enjoy a final morning in Serengeti National Park with a game drive across its vast plains, home to abundant wildlife including elephants, buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and the iconic migrating herds of wildebeest and zebras. Keep an eye out for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards that often roam nearby.

Later in the day, begin your scenic transfer toward Karatu, passing through beautiful landscapes along the way. Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at your accommodation.

Arusha to Materuni Waterfalls

After breakfast, depart for a scenic journey to Materuni Waterfalls, located on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided experience through coffee plantations, learn traditional coffee-making methods, and take a refreshing hike to the beautiful waterfall surrounded by dense rainforest.

After the experience, enjoy a local lunch before returning to Arusha in the afternoon.

You will be dropped off at your preferred accommodation or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your safari adventure.
