Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport or after breakfast at your hotel, you'll meet your professional guide for a brief city tour of Kigali. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial for a moving insight into Rwanda's history. After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Accompanied by experienced ranger guides, hike through the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Once located, you'll spend a magical hour observing these magnificent primates as they feed, groom, and interact in their natural habitat—an extraordinary wildlife encounter and the highlight of any visit to Uganda. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and refreshment before departing for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Day 3

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Kalinzu Forest Reserve for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. Accompanied by experienced guides, you'll venture into the forest in search of habituated chimpanzees while spotting other primates, colorful butterflies, and numerous bird species along the way. Once the chimps are located, you'll enjoy a memorable hour observing their fascinating behavior in their natural habitat. After lunch, return to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a relaxing afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. This famous waterway offers outstanding wildlife viewing, with large pods of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and an incredible variety of birds gathering along the shores. You will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll rise early for a thrilling morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, when wildlife is at its most active. You will explore the vast savannah in search of elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, hyenas, and a wide variety of birdlife. The golden morning light provides excellent opportunities for photography and unforgettable wildlife encounters. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out and beginning your scenic journey back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at Kigali International Airport or your preferred hotel, marking the end of your memorable Uganda and Rwanda safari.
