Depart Arusha at 8:00 AM for Tarangire National Park, a true gem famous for its iconic baobab trees and vast elephant herds. The park’s river attracts diverse wildlife — lions, giraffes, zebras, and more — especially during the dry season.
You’ll enjoy lunch at a scenic picnic site overlooking the Tarangire River, where you might even witness a hunt. After an afternoon game drive, head to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
