Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Transfer Arusha – Tarangire NP: 2 hours
Program: Our Armadillo Adventures representative Safari guide, from our office will pick you up from the Airport or hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for the game drive for wildlife sighting while carrying lunch boxes. Once game drive is done you will be transferred back to Arusha where our service ends.
The Park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. The Park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river. You may also see giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. Lunch will be at a picnic site inside the Park.

Day 2
Karatu to Central Serengeti National Park
Karatu to Central Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Central Serengeti National Park to begin your exciting wildlife safari. A delicious lunch will be served at a scenic spot within the park. In the afternoon, you will continue your game drive, exploring the park’s incredible wildlife before heading to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
The Serengeti is famous for its magnificent migration of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. You’ll also have the opportunity to witness resident predators like leopards, cheetahs, and lions, all playing their vital roles in the circle of life. Get ready for an unforgettable wildlife experience!

Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti National Park for Migration

Today, you'll wake up early and enjoy a hearty breakfast before you head to the Northern Serengeti, near the Mara River, where the Great Migration is taking place. Our expert safari guide will find the perfect vantage point for you to witness this extraordinary spectacle.
The Great Migration is the largest mass movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals as they cross the Mara River into the Masai Mara in Kenya. The river is teeming with crocodiles, adding to the thrill of the crossing. The best time to witness this incredible event is from July to early October each year.

Day 4
Northern Serengeti National Park to Karatu
Northern Serengeti National Park to Karatu
You'll wake up early and enjoy breakfast then continuing with a game drive in Northern Serengeti, with a special focus on the Great Migration. Later, you will depart to Karatu for overnight at the accommodation located near Ngorongoro. This gives you a chance to descend inside the Crater the next day in the early morning and see many animals when they are still more active.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive. Once the game drive is complete, we will transfer you back to Arusha town at Clocktower, where our service ends.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera in the world and one of Africa’s natural wonders. It is home to approximately 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as a wide variety of bird species, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be prepared for an incredible wildlife experience, where you’ll have the opportunity to see many animals in a short amount of time.
