Arrival at Entebbe Airport and Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

The begins with meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport with an experienced Nextgen Safaris guide. Later and drive southwest through Uganda’s lush countryside. Make a stop at the Equator for photos and refreshments, then continue through tea plantations and crater lakes. Arrive at your budget lodge just outside the park in the afternoon. If time allows, enjoy a short nature walk or relax with views of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Ride

After an early breakfast, head into the Kasenyi plains for a morning game drive. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, Uganda kobs, and various birds. In the afternoon, enjoy a 2-hour boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and a wealth of bird species at close range. Return to your lodge for a relaxed evening.
