Our professional driver/guide will pick you up at 8:30am at Entebbe International Airport or your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala and transfer you to Jinja, Uganda specifically at the northernmost point where the Nile River exits Lake Victoria. It's a popular tourist destination where visitors can witness the beginning of the Nile's journey and engage in various activities. The location is marked by a depression or gorge where the lake's waters flow into the river. The tour typically includes a boat cruise to the actual source of the Nile River, exploration of the surrounding area with views of the majestic river. On arrival you will check into the hotel, have lunch, head out to the source of the Nile River and after visit the Busowoko Falls a scenic waterfall popular destination for tourists seeking views of the falls, sunset photography opportunities and adventurous activities like tubing and rafting. Later retire back to the hotel for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Have a relaxed morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and embark on a 3hr 30min drive to Sipi falls. On reaching you will check into your accommodation, have lunch and embark on Hiking Sipi Falls and experiencing a coffee tour which offers a blend of natural beauty and cultural immersion in eastern Uganda. The hike takes you through the stunning Sipi Falls, a series of three waterfalls, with breathtaking views and opportunities to learn about the area's geology and history. The coffee tour provides a hands-on experience of the coffee-making process, from plant to cup, with insights into local farming practices and traditions. Thereafter you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on your journey from Sipi Falls to Kidepo Valley National Park which involves a scenic drive through diverse landscapes, taking approximately 7-8 hours. The route traverses the northeastern region of Uganda, showcasing local communities and varying terrains. Expect a mix of paved and unpaved roads, with opportunities to observe wildlife and enjoy the rugged beauty of the region along the way. You will have lunch upon arrival and check into your accommodation for relaxation.

After an early morning breakfast, you will head out for a full day in Kidepo Valley National Park which involves early morning game drives in the Narus Valley known for its abundant wildlife including buffalo, elephants, and various antelope species. You will return to the lodge for lunch and some rest and thereafter, you will return on an afternoon game drive in anticipation of seeing more of the wild animals and other activities which include a cultural visit to the Karamojong people, experiencing their unique traditions and way of life, or a nature walk to explore the park's diverse landscapes and birdlife. After return to the lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Day 5

After a delicious morning breakfast, you will check out of the accommodation and embark on transfer journey from Kidepo Valley National Park to Murchison Falls National Park which is a long one, typically a full day's drive (6-7 hours) covering around 350km. You will have a stop over for lunch in Gulu City before you proceed with the journey and on arrival you will check into your accommodation, have dinner and relax for the rest of the evening.

Day 6

Wake up by 6:00 am, have breakfast and head out into the park for an early morning game drive to see lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, and an array of savannah birds. This is one of the best times to go on a game drive, with cooler temperatures allowing a range of wildlife to feed and providing great opportunities for photo shoots. Later, after a sumptuous meal, get ready for another adventure along the Nile on a boat cruise and watch more animals, including hippos, crocodiles, and several waterbirds. Finish with a hike to the top of the spectacular Murchison Falls. A breathtaking view awaits you at the top; exhilarating and captivating. From the top of the falls, your guide will pick you up for another exciting evening game drive through the park, exposing you to more wildlife preparing for the night hunts. After you will return to your accommodation for dinner and evening relaxation as the days adventure runs through your mind.

Day 7
Transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

You will have breakfast, check out of the accommodation and then embark on a journey from Murchison Falls National Park to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is a relatively short drive, typically taking 2.5 to 3 hours. The route is straightforward, leading south from the park, often via the town of Masindi or Karuma falls to Ziwa, which is located in the Nakasongola district. The sanctuary is a halfway point for some travelers heading back to Kampala or other destinations further south. It's a common stop for tourists wanting to experience rhino tracking, as it's the only place in Uganda where you can see wild rhinos. You will have lunch here and thereafter you will embark on the transfer to Hoima City for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8

You will have a relaxed morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and embark on a transfer to Kibale National Park. The journey from Hoima City to Kibale National Park is a scenic drive through Uganda's heartland. It typically involves traveling south from Hoima through Fort Portal and then onto the Kanyanchu area, which is the main entrance to the park. The route offers a glimpse into rural Ugandan life and lush landscapes, eventually leading to the diverse primate haven of Kibale. You will check into your accommodation, have lunch and then head out for a nature walk where you will spot birds, olive baboons, bush babies and other wildlife species. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Day 9

After an early breakfast, head to Kibale National Park headquarters for a ranger briefing on the dos and don'ts while trekking the chimpanzees. After the briefing, you will be led into the forest. Kibale National Park in Uganda is renowned for its high chimpanzee population and is a prime destination for chimpanzee trekking and habituation experiences. The chimpanzee groups are highly vocal, and it’s often possible to hear their calls from a mile away. Trekking the chimpanzees usually takes between three to five hours, and you are allowed to spend only one hour observing them, so make the most of that time to take as many photos as possible. Afterward, head back to the lodge to check out (you can choose to have lunch there or en-route) and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive in the evening and check into your accommodation have dinner and after have a relaxed evening as you await the next days activities.

You will have an early breakfast, then head out to start the day with a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, tree-climbing lions, leopards, buffalo, and a variety of antelope species. You can choose to visit the Kikorongo Equator Monument that marks the point where the imaginary line of the equator crosses the country, dividing it into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Have a break and relax as you have lunch served at the lodge. The afternoon adventure entails a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural water stream joining Lake Edward and Lake George. The channel attracts a large school of hippos and Nile crocodiles, besides the variety of birds that flock to the reed shores like the pelicans, kingfishers, saddle-billed storks and sometimes the crowned cranes. You will have an evening game drive and thereafter return to your accommodation in time for your dinner and relax.

You'll have a delicious breakfast, check out of the accommodation and embark on a journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park which is famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are really hard to spot. From here then proceed to Bwindi National Park which is known for a large habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda, harbouring an estimated 1,000 mountain gorillas which is roughly half of the world’s population. It includes several habituated groups, which can be tracked. Its mist-covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Uganda's oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests which dates back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants. With an exciting unforgettable adventurous day ahead you will relax and do less on arrival but just check into your accommodation as you await the Bwindi gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Day 12

After an early morning breakfast, you'll head to the ranger’s post for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park feels like stepping into a lost world, unchanged for millennia. The journey is not easy through the thick vegetation but the sounds of a gorilla family breaking branches ahead will quicken your pulse. As you follow the trackers the moment will come when you finally set eyes on one of our closest relatives and all your fatigue will vanish. You'll be allowed to stay with the gorillas for 1 hour and take the chance to take as many unforgettable photo moments as you can before returning to the lodge to check out. You will then head to Lake Bunyonyi known as the "Switzerland of Africa" and famous for its lush, terraced hills, 29 islands like the famous punishment island (each with its own unique story) and over 200 bird species. Check into your lodge and can choose a canoe ride (extra cost) before returning for dinner and relaxation.

After a delicious relaxing breakfast, you'll check out of your accommodation and head to Lake Mburo National Park which is Uganda's smallest savannah park and known for its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife, including zebras, impalas, elands, and over 350 bird species. It's characterised by a mosaic of habitats like acacia woodland, rocky ridges and wetlands with 5 of its 13 lakes lying within the park's borders. The scenic journey from Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park offers a visual feast of Uganda's diverse landscapes. Starting with the terraced hills and deep waters of Lake Bunyonyi, the route transitions through the "Switzerland of Africa" with its rolling hills and cool climate, before arriving at the open savannah and acacia woodlands of Lake Mburo. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation, have lunch and head out for an afternoon boat cruise along Lake Mburo. Thereafter return to the lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Day 14
Nature walk and transfer to Entebbe

After a delicious morning breakfast, you will head out for a nature walk and on return you check out of your accommodation and begin the return journey to Entebbe, arriving in the late afternoon. On the way, check the various crafts and souvenirs for sale at the Equator Line. If time allows, our driver will take you to Kampala the capital city of Uganda and visit the African Crafts Market or will drop you off at the international airport for your onward travels or your booked accommodation at extra cost. As you bid farewell to Uganda on take off you will ascend over the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria, and you will reflect on the unforgettable moments of your adventure, especially gazing into the brown eyes of a mountain Gorilla.
