Start the day with a sunrise game drive through Kasenyi plains in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, and antelope. After lunch, embark on a private boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel—famous for its dense populations of hippos, crocodiles, and birds. After breakfast, drive through the southern Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, a region known for its rare tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a brief game drive here before continuing into the misty highlands of Bwindi. Arrive at your luxury forest lodge and settle in for a tranquil evening surrounded by nature.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This is the highlight of your safari! After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You’ll then hike into the forest with expert trackers to locate a habituated gorilla family. Spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for a late lunch and an optional massage or community visit in the afternoon.
