On arrival, relish a tasty lunch at Ivory Moon Lodge (included), then settle into your plush accommodations. In the afternoon, embark on a 3-hour sunset drive in Blue Canyon Reserve, featuring sundowners and snacks, before heading back to Ivory Moon Lodge for dinner.

Full Day Kruger Adventure

Begin your day with an early departure on a full-day safari through the Orpen–Satara region of Kruger National Park, an area famous for its frequent Big Five encounters and thriving lion population. Bottled water will be available during the excursion. Later in the afternoon, head back to Ivory Moon Lodge to unwind, enjoy a relaxed evening, and savor dinner.

Full day Panorama Route Tour

Set out on a full-day Panorama Route journey, taking in the breathtaking Drakensberg escarpment, cascading waterfalls, the dramatic Blyde River Canyon, the unique rock formations of Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and the sweeping views from God’s Window. Return to Ivory Moon Lodge in the late afternoon to relax beside a fire in the heart of the African bush. An early dinner featuring traditional South African flavors will be served before heading out on a 1-hour night drive through the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Keep watch for nocturnal creatures such as bush babies, porcupines, leopards, and hyenas. Conclude the evening with a toast of Amarula liqueur, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.

Morning Bush Walk & Transfer

Take part in a 1.5-hour guided bush walk in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, where you’ll learn about local plants, animal tracks, and have the chance to spot plains game up close with the help of an experienced guide. After the walk, enjoy a hearty breakfast on the lodge’s scenic deck before checking out. A shuttle will then transfer you back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Optional: Guests who wish to return by air to Johannesburg or Cape Town can arrange flights at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to secure this option.
