Antananarivo - Andasibe national park

After breakfast, head east to Andasibe through the typical landscape of the eastern highlands and rainforest. On the way, stop at the Peyreiras reptile farm to observe different endemic species of chameleons, lizards, geckos, frogs. Arrival in Andasibe around noon. In the afternoon, visit the Analamazaotra reserve to spot the largest lemurs in Madagascar Indri Indri, diademed sifaka, common brown lemur, gray bamboo lemur, eastern woolly lemur. Night walk to spot species nocturnal such as Goodman's lemur, brown mouse lemur, weasel sport lemur, eastern ring-tailed mongoose, chameleons, frogs.

Explore Andasibe national park

Breakfast at the hotel, then morning walk in the primary forest. Other species of lemurs might be seen during the walk such as the gray bamboo lemur, black and white ruffled lemur, blue vanga, short legged scarf, collard, cryptic warbler, Madagascar long eared owl, the chameleon with nose horns, Madagascar tree boa, return to the hotel after the visit. In the afternoon, visit to the Vakona private reserve with its small crocodile island.

Andasibe - Manambato - Ankaniny Nofy

Breakfast at the hotel. Then continue to take Manambato through the eastern tropical forest with a landscape dominated by the traveling palm or "Ravinala". Arrival in Manambato. Transfer by boat to Akanin'ny Nofy. On arrival, installation at the hotel. In the evening, night visit to discover the smallest lemur in Madagascar: aye aye.
