Nairobi to Masai Mara Afternoon Game Drive

Early pick up from the hotel for morning departure from Nairobi, headed for the Naivasha Mai Mahiu route where you will get to enjoy the scenic views that cut through the famous Rift Valley with a stopover at the escarpments. This scenic view prepares you for the great adventure that you are about to encounter during your safari as it welcomes you to vast savannah vegetation in the region that is home to different species of fauna and flora.
You'll have an en-route lunch before arriving at the reserve for a late check-in and an afternoon game drive in search of wildlife where you will see giraffes, elephants, buffaloes and other species like lions, cheetahs, hyenas and wild dogs as they embark from their hideouts due to the daytime heat and sun. As you drive through the vast masai mara you will encounter prey such as wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, chanting birds as they sing, and carnivores ready to make a kill. You'll check-in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full Day Game Drive Masai Mara Big Five And Wildlife

Early breakfast with morning bliss as birds such as grey kestrel, blue naped mousebird and other species chant the morning praise of the wild before the start of our game drive. Other bird species that can be spotted in the reserve are kori bustard, hamerkop, vultures, hornbills, lilac etc.
On this day, experience the vast habitat home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, wild dogs, crocodiles, snakes, jackals, gazelles and impala. Driving towards the Mara River, an encounter is likely to ensue as predators have to make a kill for survival, making the day dramatic and thrilling experience since survival is the order in the wild.
Late lunch along the river as you enjoy the sights of the great wildebeest migration, attracting emotional memories and breathtaking moments. Let the sunset, as you enjoy your evening game drive under the cool temperatures as the big cats hunt with the sounds in the wild.
Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Masai Village to Nairobi

Late breakfast as you prepare to check out of the camp mid morning, visit the masai village for cultural and tradition visit. The famous masai Moran's will usher you to songs and dances as they display their hunting and survival tactics in the wilderness. Depart from masai mara with enroute lunch as you head for Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the hotel as this will mark the end of our amazing safari in the masai mara.
