1-Day Wildlife Adventure in the City

You will begin your day with an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park, the only national park located within a capital city. Just a short drive from downtown Nairobi, this unique park is home to lions, giraffes, buffalo, rhinos, zebras, and a wide variety of birdlife. The open plains, acacia bush, and backdrop of the city skyline create a truly unforgettable setting for wildlife photography.

After the game drive, you’ll head to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Orphanage, where you can watch orphaned baby elephants being fed and playing in the mud. The dedicated keepers share heartwarming stories of rescue and rehabilitation, and you’ll learn how the elephants are prepared for release back into the wild.

Next, visit the Giraffe Centre, home to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Here, you can feed these gentle giants from an elevated platform and learn about ongoing giraffe conservation efforts.
