Once you arrive at the airport, our team will be there to meet you and take you to your hotel. Depending on when you land, you might have the option to join a short, optional tour of Arusha city. This introductory tour offers a great first glimpse into Tanzania and sets the tone for your journey ahead.

Later in the evening, we’ll go over the itinerary in detail and discuss the activities planned for the rest of your trip. Time permitting, you may also choose to take a short hike up Kilima Moto to witness a beautiful sunset.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

At 8:00 AM, we’ll collect you from your hotel and proceed with the scenic two-hour journey to Tarangire. Renowned for its towering baobab trees and vast elephant herds, Tarangire boasts the highest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. Our game drive through the park will be guided by recent wildlife activity reports, enhancing your chances of encountering a wide array of animals. The park is rich with herbivores like giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest, while predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs may also be seen though they tend to be more elusive and require a bit of luck.

Around midday, we’ll pause at a scenic picnic spot near the river to enjoy lunch in the heart of the wilderness. Be sure to watch for playful monkeys and mischievous baboons nearby. In the afternoon, we’ll resume our exploration with another game drive before making our way out of the park.

Day 3

Following breakfast, your journey to Serengeti National Park begins. The drive takes around six hours and includes several scenic stops en route. We’ll travel through the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area, pausing briefly at the entrance gate to take in the awe-inspiring view of the Ngorongoro Crater for about 20 minutes.

By late afternoon, we’ll reach the Seronera region, located in the central part of the Serengeti. From here, we’ll embark on a thrilling game drive through the park. This time of day is ideal for spotting wildlife, and if luck is on our side, we may even catch a glimpse of predators in action.

As daylight fades and the sun dips below the horizon, you’ll witness one of Africa’s most unforgettable scenes the golden Serengeti plains alive with the presence of wild animals. After the drive, we’ll head to Serengeti Safari Lodge where you’ll enjoy dinner and settle in for the night.

Day 4

Today, we journey further into the northwestern reaches of the Serengeti, tracking the movements of wildlife as they traverse the open plains. Following an early breakfast, we’ll depart on a full-day game drive, with picnic lunches packed for the adventure. Our primary destination is the Mara River a dramatic and iconic location. With favorable timing and a bit of luck, we might witness one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles: the Great Migration. Here, vast herds of wildebeest and zebras make their perilous river crossings, often pursued by crocodiles and other predators lying in wait.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore the region’s varied landscapes and rich wildlife. In the evening, we’ll return to Heritage Mara Camp for dinner and a restful overnight stay. Stay alert wildlife often roams near the camp, enhancing the sense of being truly immersed in the wild.

Today, we head west toward the legendary Mara River, in hopes of witnessing one of the natural world’s most awe-inspiring events the wildebeest migration. As the massive herds gather at the river’s edge, we may observe the tense and powerful moments leading up to their courageous crossings in search of fresh grazing lands.

After an early breakfast, we’ll embark on a full-day game drive. We’ll pause midday for a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing our exploration of the sweeping plains into the afternoon. As the day winds down, we’ll return to Heritage Mara Camp to unwind and reflect on the unforgettable wildlife encounters of the day.

After an early breakfast, we’ll begin our journey south through the Serengeti, enjoying a final game drive en route toward the Seronera region. By late afternoon, we will exit the park and continue on to Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp. Perched on the rim of the crater, the lodge offers breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater below. The drive from Serengeti to the lodge takes approximately two hours, allowing time to take in the changing landscapes along the way.

We’ll start the day early with breakfast, then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:15 AM for a thrilling game drive. Our main objective will be to search for the elusive black rhino one of the rarest and most challenging animals to spot within this stunning natural amphitheater. While sightings are never guaranteed, the crater teems with wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to observe a wide range of species throughout the morning.

After enjoying a picnic lunch in the heart of the crater, we’ll continue exploring before making the scenic ascent back up the crater walls. Upon returning to the lodge, we’ll pack up and set off for Arusha Farm House near Arusha, where you’ll have the chance to relax and unwind after an unforgettable day.

After breakfast, we’ll set out for Materuni Waterfalls, where a scenic two-hour hike awaits. Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning mountain views, the trail leads to a magnificent waterfall an experience that captures the natural beauty of the region. Following the hike, we’ll visit a nearby local coffee farm to discover the traditional methods of coffee cultivation and processing. You’ll also enjoy a freshly prepared local lunch in this charming rural setting. Later in the day, we’ll transfer to the airport, bringing our unforgettable journey to a close.
