Day 1

After early morning breakfast, drive to Kibale National Park. The drive to Kibale National Park will go through Uganda's major cities, including Mubende, Kyenjojo, and Fort Portal. There will be a scheduled stopover for lunch along the way. Later in the afternoon you can visit the community neighboring the park for a full cultural experience which include local dance, basket weaving, banana juice and gin making, traditional healer and coffee roasting.

Day 2
Chimpanzee tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Head to the Kibale forest immediately after breakfast to trek the chimpanzees in their forest home. If you are lucky on the trek, you might encounter other different species of monkeys in the Kibale forest. These include black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons, and red-tailed monkeys. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park immediately after the chimpanzee trek. The drive to Queen Elizabeth NP will go through the famous Fort Portal crater lakes.

Day 3

Start the day with an early morning breakfast at the lodge. Afterward, proceed to the famed Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park for the Lion/Leopard Tracking. The activity is carried out early in the morning before the rising of the sun. It lasts between 1-3 hours. In this experiential form of tourism, visitors are driven a little off-road, and the visitors just watch the lions in the vicinity. It will be a morning full of adventure! Expect to encounter other animals like herds of buffalos, elephants, Uganda kobs, and bushbucks.
After lunch, join the Kazinga channel boat cruise for an afternoon of wild game viewing. You will spot crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, and a wide range of bird species on the channel waters.

Day 4
Transfer to Bwindi/Mgahinga National Park
Transfer to Bwindi/Mgahinga National Park
The drive will take you through the stunning landscapes of southwestern Uganda. Our first stop will be the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, popularly known for the tree-climbing lions. Unlike their counterparts on the Kasenyi plains, the lions at Ishasha have found a way to climb the fig trees to enjoy the warm temperatures. While the sighting of the tree-climbing lions is not 100% guaranteed, a stopover at Ishasha is well worth a visit. Check in the lodge, relax and prepare for the next day's trekking experience.

Day 5

Head to the Bwindi National Park/Mgahinga Gorilla National Park gate immediately after breakfast to get a briefing about the gorilla trek. The national park guide will conduct the presentation covering what to expect during the gorilla trek. The national park guide will assign the gorilla trekking group during the pre-trekking briefing. Other visitors will likely join you. The gorilla trek can take from a few to many hours, depending on how far the gorillas are inside the forest. After the gorilla trekking, drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park/Mgahinga Gorilla National Park to Lake Mburo National Park arriving late afternoon. Lake Mburo is a smaller park, but it offers excellent opportunities for game drives. It’s known for its zebras, impalas, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Have an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s diverse wildlife.

Day 7

After breakfast we shall head to the national park for a game drive. The wildlife to see include Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, Giraffes, and Elands among others. Later transfer to Entebbe with a planned stopover at the equator for souvenir shopping, photography and have coffee. Proceed to Entebbe for overnight.

Visit Mabamba Wetland to spot the famous Shoebill
Mabamba wetland is Uganda’s best bird watching destinations located on the shores of Lake Victoria, is the home to over 260 bird species. With patience and an expert guide, you will have chance of spotting one standing motionless or hunting lungfish in the shallow waters.
Departure: All the Uganda trip memories still fresh in your mind, it's now time to say farewell. We shall transfer to the airport for your connecting flight back home.
