Welcome to Tanzania, a land of endless beauty, rich culture, and extraordinary wildlife! Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our professional representative will greet you and transfer you to Arusha, the gateway to the Northern safari circuit.

As you travel toward town, enjoy scenic views of lush landscapes, coffee farms, and the majestic Mount Meru in the distance. Arusha, often called the "Safari Capital of Tanzania", offers a warm and vibrant atmosphere where your adventure truly begins.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive toward Tarangire National Park, a journey of about 2.5 hours through scenic landscapes, rural villages, and rolling hills dotted with acacia trees. Upon arrival, you’ll begin your first thrilling game drive inside the park — home to one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania.

Tarangire is famous for its majestic baobab trees, sweeping savannahs, and a remarkable diversity of wildlife. As you explore, keep your camera ready to capture elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, and a wide variety of bird species.

In the afternoon, enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park or at a designated area, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Continue your game drive until late afternoon before heading to your lodge for relaxation and a warm evening atmosphere.

From Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive into the cooler highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon first seeing Ngorongoro Crater, it feels like a forgotten world. Hidden within its steep volcanic walls is a pristine wilderness of sweeping savannahs, acacia woodlands, and glistening lakes and swamps.

The crater was formed when a massive volcano exploded and collapsed 2 to 3 million years ago, covering an area of 260 km². It is renowned for its geological beauty and as a natural reserve that hosts some of Africa’s densest populations of large mammals. The crater also offers your best chance of spotting the endangered black rhino.

After exploring the crater, you will continue your journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enter the Southern Serengeti, ready for an afternoon of wildlife viewing.

Day 4

Serengeti National Park to Karatu

After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, taking in the endless plains and hopefully spotting the last of the park’s incredible wildlife. Around mid-morning, you will begin your journey southeast, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, you may have a chance to stop at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater for photos.

You will then proceed to Karatu town, a lush highland area located just outside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This vibrant town is known for its coffee plantations, rolling hills, and beautiful landscapes, providing a refreshing atmosphere after the vast open savannahs of Serengeti.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, depart for your final game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, a true gem known for its lush groundwater forests, scenic soda lake, and tree-climbing lions. The park is home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and large flocks of flamingos that colour the lake’s surface pink.

Enjoy your last moments in the wild as you take in the peaceful scenery and capture your final photos of Tanzania’s incredible landscapes. After the game drive, enjoy lunch and then begin your drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
