As you approach the Delta’s edge, your final approach to camp may include a tranquil mokoro ride or boat transfer, depending on water levels. Upon arrival at Ditshipi, your mobile camp will be set up and waiting, nestled in a peaceful riverside grove. After settling in, enjoy sundowners and a freshly prepared bush dinner under the stars — your first taste of life in the wild.

You’ll stop on nearby islands to explore the area on foot, guided by an experienced tracker who will share insights into animal behaviour, plant life, and the delicate balance of this ecosystem. After returning to camp for lunch and rest, your afternoon is open for more relaxed exploration — a shorter mokoro ride, birdwatching, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of your surroundings. You’ll enjoy a bush picnic lunch under a shaded tree before continuing on toward the Khwai Community Concession.
