Arusha – Fly to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. You will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your scheduled scenic bush flight to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Airstrip).

Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will welcome you and begin an exciting full-day game drive through the renowned Northern Serengeti. Depending on the season, you'll have the opportunity to witness the spectacular Great Migration, including thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River while predators lurk nearby.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon wildlife adventure.

After breakfast, depart for Central Serengeti while enjoying a full-day game drive en route through the endless plains of Serengeti National Park.

The Central Serengeti, known as Seronera, is famous for its year-round abundance of wildlife and exceptional predator sightings. Keep your camera ready for lions resting on kopjes, elusive leopards in acacia trees, cheetahs hunting across the plains, and large herds of herbivores.

Tarangire National Park – Return to Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a final game drive.

Tarangire is famous for its ancient baobab trees, massive elephant herds, and diverse wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes, and over 500 recorded bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it one of Tanzania's hidden safari gems.

After a picnic lunch and an afternoon game drive, begin your journey back to Arusha.

Your safari concludes with a drop-off at either your hotel in Arusha or at Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
