Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. You will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your scheduled scenic bush flight to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Airstrip).
Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will welcome you and begin an exciting full-day game drive through the renowned Northern Serengeti. Depending on the season, you'll have the opportunity to witness the spectacular great migration, including thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River while predators lurk nearby.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon wildlife adventure.

Day 2
Game Drive in Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti

Begin your morning with an optional sunrise hot-air balloon safari (additional cost), offering breathtaking aerial views of the Serengeti, followed by a champagne bush breakfast. Alternatively, enjoy an early morning game drive through Northern Serengeti, when wildlife is most active. Search for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos and crocodiles, with the possibility of witnessing wildebeest crossings during migration season.
Pause for a scenic picnic lunch in the wilderness before beginning your journey south toward Central Serengeti. The drive becomes part of the safari, with wildlife sightings along the way. Arrive in Central Serengeti for an afternoon game drive, exploring its rich plains and kopjes before settling into camp for the evening.

Day 3
Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive through Central Serengeti, taking in the last wildlife moments across the Seronera plains. Keep watch for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs and leopards before beginning your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Travel through the scenic landscapes of the conservation area, with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the way. Depending on the day's conditions and your family's preferred pace, pause for a picnic lunch en route before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Highlands.
In the afternoon, ascend from the crater area toward Karatu, where the landscape transforms into lush highlands and cultivated countryside. Arrive at Kankari Lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 4
Karatu to Lake Manyara back to Karatu

After breakfast, depart Karatu for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic drive through the lush landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Enter the park for a morning game drive, exploring its diverse habitats from groundwater forests and open plains to the shores of Lake Manyara.
Keep watch for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos and abundant birdlife, with opportunities to spot Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch within the park before continuing your wildlife exploration.
In the afternoon, make your way back toward Karatu, taking in the changing landscapes along the way. Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon for a relaxed evening and overnight stay.

Day 5
Karatu to Tarangire National Park – Return to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport

After breakfast, depart Karatu for Tarangire National Park, enjoying the scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley and surrounding countryside. Enter Tarangire for a memorable morning game drive through its iconic baobab-studded landscapes, searching for large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, lions and other wildlife.
Pause for a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive, taking advantage of the cooler hours when wildlife becomes increasingly active around Tarangire’s seasonal rivers and water sources.
Later in the afternoon, depart Tarangire and continue toward Arusha Airport (ARK) or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), according to your onward flight schedule. Your safari concludes with a comfortable airport transfer and warm farewell from Tanzania.
