Awash National Park & Alidegy Wildlife Reserve

Start your day with an optional morning soak in the Doho Lodge hot springs, surrounded by lush greenery and birdlife.

Take a morning game drive in Alidegy Reserve, spotting Soemmerring’s Gazelle, Greater and Lesser Kudu, Beisa Oryx, Plains Zebra, and possibly predators like Leopard, Lion, or Caracal. Watch for Secretary Birds, Ostriches, Bustards, and Hornbills.

After lunch at the lodge or in the reserve, enjoy an afternoon game drive in Awash National Park, observing Colobus Monkeys, Warthogs, Klipspringers, and colorful birds like rollers, kingfishers, and bee-eaters.

Awash – Addis Ababa – Sunrise Safari & Farewell

Rise early for a sunrise game drive in Awash National Park, when wildlife is most active. Spot herds of Soemmerring’s Gazelle, Beisa Oryx, Plains Zebra, Baboons, and if lucky, predators on the hunt. Watch for raptors soaring overhead, cranes calling, and ostriches striding across the plains.
