Prison Island Tour & Stone Town Exploration

Start your day with a 25-30 minute boat ride from Stone Town to Prison Island. Explore the historical ruins and visit the Giant Tortoise Sanctuary to interact with and feed the centuries-old Aldabra tortoises. You can also relax on the beach or go snorkeling.

After lunch back in Stone Town, take a walking tour through its historic alleys. Discover landmarks like the Old Fort and the Anglican Cathedral. As evening sets, immerse yourself in the lively Forodhani Night Market to try local street food.

Dolphin Tour

Enjoy breakfast before a very early morning dolphin tour, since dolphins are most active in the calm morning sea. You'll head out on a local boat for a high-chance sighting. If conditions are right and you're a good swimmer, you might even be able to swim near them. Many tours also include an optional snorkeling stop to see vibrant coral reefs.

The half-day tour returns around midday, leaving you time for a fresh seafood lunch. Cap off the day with a relaxing sunset dhow cruise, a traditional wooden sailing boat, complete with snacks and drinks.
