Drive to Nyerere National Park

The journey begins with an early pick-up from your residence or any location around Dar es Salaam. Drive to Nyerere National Park, a wonderful trip of approximately 6 to 7 hours. Upon arrival at Nyerere NP, you will be warmly welcomed at your lodge or camp and enjoy a hearty lunch.

In the afternoon, set out on a memorable boat safari along the Rufiji River, where you will have the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species in their habitat. As the sun sets over the water, soak in the peaceful atmosphere before returning to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness before continuing your adventure. Later, return to the lodge to rest, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
