Start your adventure with a scenic train ride on the SGR from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi. Enjoy the beautiful views of Tanzania’s countryside as you travel in comfort. Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park. Known as the “mini Serengeti,” the park features open savannahs and Acacia woodlands that attract a variety of wildlife.

See elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and other antelope species. Lions, leopards, and hyenas may also be spotted resting or hunting. Bird watchers will enjoy over 400 species, including hornbills and fish eagles.

Stop for lunch at Bandus, then continue your afternoon game drive. In the evening, return to your hotel to rest and prepare for the journey back to Dar es Salaam the next day.
