Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or in Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide. After a short briefing, begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. Descend 600 meters into the crater for a thrilling game drive, where you may spot black rhinos, prides of lions, elephants, and hippos within this wildlife paradise. In the afternoon, proceed through the stunning highlands toward the Serengeti National Park. Arrive in time for dinner and an overnight stay inside Serengeti, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Wake up in the heart of the Serengeti and spend the entire day exploring its vast savannahs. The Serengeti is famed for its abundance of wildlife, including the Big Five and spectacular predator sightings. With luck, you may witness cheetahs in action, leopards resting in acacia trees, or lions on the hunt. Your game drive will cover different regions of the park, offering incredible opportunities for photography and wildlife encounters. Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

Enjoy breakfast after then you continue exploring the park. Around midday, begin your journey toward Karatu, a charming town nestled near the Ngorongoro Highlands. This strategic stop makes it easier to reach Tarangire National Park the following morning. Arrive in Karatu in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at a lodge or camp.

Karatu – Tarangire National Park – Departure

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and rich biodiversity. Enjoy a game drive through the park’s varied landscapes, where you may encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and an impressive array of birdlife. In the afternoon, transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable Big Five Safari.
