Transfer to Mikumi National Park & Afternoon Game Drive

Depart from Dar es Salaam or Morogoro and drive to Mikumi National Park, enjoying scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside along the way. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through Mikumi’s open plains, where you may spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and various antelope species. The park’s landscape offers excellent visibility, enhancing wildlife viewing opportunities. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Full Game Drive

Start your day with an early morning game drive, ideal for spotting predators and other animals during their most active hours. After breakfast at the lodge you will have a full game drive at Mikumi National Park to exprole the wildlife in the park upto late evening. Dinner and overnight at a lodge near the park check out and begin your journey to Udzungwa Mountains National Park.

Transfer to Udzungwa Mountains – Sanje Waterfalls

After breakfast, transfer to Udzungwa Mountain and embark on a guided hike through the lush rainforests of Udzungwa Mountains National Park. The trail to Sanje Waterfalls takes you through rich biodiversity, with chances to see endemic monkeys, birds, butterflies, and a wide variety of plant species.
At the top, enjoy breathtaking views and the refreshing atmosphere of the 170-meter waterfall—the tallest in Tanzania. After the hike, return to your lodge for lunch and some rest. Dinner and overnight stay near the park.
