Continue through tropical rainforest to reach the stunning Materuni Waterfall, which plunges nearly 70 meters into a natural pool perfect for photos or a refreshing swim. Along the trail, observe abundant birdlife and enjoy panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days. After the visit, you will be transferred to your Arusha hotel for check-in and overnight stay. Spend the day on a full-day game drive through its diverse landscapes, from open savannahs to riverine forests and seasonal wetlands. Search for the park’s famous elephant herds, sometimes numbering in the hundreds, as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and a variety of antelopes. Keep an eye out for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and enjoy excellent birdwatching with over 500 species recorded.
