Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Morning:
Depart from Arusha early (around 7:00 AM)
Drive to Tarangire National Park (~2.5 hours)
Game drive in the park
Expect to see large elephant herds, zebras, giraffes, lions, and iconic baobab trees
Picnic lunch inside the park

Afternoon:
Continue game drive or enjoy a short break at a viewpoint
Exit the park mid to late afternoon
Drive to Karatu, a town near Ngorongoro (1.5 hours)

Evening:
Arrive at your lodge in Karatu
