Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with an early departure from Arusha, heading to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal swamps. Game drive in Ndutu Area

After breakfast, depart the Tarangire/Lake Manyara area and drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Ndutu region, located between southern Serengeti and northern Ngorongoro. This area is particularly special between December and March when the Great Migration arrives, and thousands of wildebeest calve on the open plains, drawing predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy game drives across the diverse terrain—grasslands, woodlands, and alkaline lakes—before heading to your camp or lodge for the night.

Morning in Ndutu, Return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)

Begin your day with a final early morning game drive in the Ndutu area, making the most of the cooler hours when animals are most active. You may encounter more scenes of the migration, predator interactions, or simply enjoy the peaceful sunrise over the plains. After breakfast, you'll start the journey back to Arusha, with a lunch stop along the way. You’ll arrive in Arusha by late afternoon, or be dropped off directly at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in time for your evening flight, concluding your unforgettable 3-day safari.
