You will be picked up from Maun Airport or from your hotel in Maun, and transferred deep into the Moremi Game Reserve. Once inside this world-renowned wildlife haven, you will settle into your safari camp, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush. Here, camping offers a pure and authentic safari experience — sleeping under canvas beneath a sky full of stars, with the distant calls of lions, hyenas, and hippos echoing through the night.
During your stay, you will embark on thrilling game drives through Moremi’s diverse landscapes, from lush floodplains and lagoons to open grasslands and mopane woodlands. This variety of habitats is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and packs of the rare African wild dog. The day begins before sunrise with an early departure into the wilderness, when predators like lions and leopards are still on the move from their night hunts. This three-hour morning game drive offers prime opportunities to witness wildlife at its most active, from stalking cats to grazing herds of elephants, antelopes, and buffalo. After the adventure, you’ll return to camp for a hearty breakfast and some time to relax. The midday is yours to rest, reflect on the morning sightings, and enjoy a leisurely lunch.
As the afternoon cools, you’ll set off again for another three-hour game drive, exploring new corners of the reserve as animals emerge to feed and move toward watering holes. Expect encounters with diverse wildlife in the golden light of the setting sun. The day concludes back at camp with a special dinner under Botswana’s magnificent star-filled skies, where the sounds of the bush provide the evening soundtrack.

On this day, you will pack up and be transferred to the Kwai Concession for another unforgettable safari adventure. After your arrival and a refreshing lunch, you will be picked up for an afternoon game drive. This experience offers a new perspective as the concession boasts a completely different landscape, with varied habitats and wildlife compared to your previous stops. The change in scenery brings with it exciting opportunities to encounter different species and enjoy the unique beauty of this remarkable wilderness.

Day 5

After enjoying breakfast, you will set off on a morning game drive in the Kwai concession, one of Botswana’s prime safari areas renowned for its predators. This is an excellent opportunity to search for lions, leopards, and cheetahs while also spotting elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and a variety of antelope species. The drive takes you through a mix of riverine woodland, open floodplains, and mopane forest, offering diverse scenery and excellent photographic opportunities.
After some time to relax at camp and enjoy lunch, your adventure continues with an afternoon game drive. As the heat of the day fades, animals become more active again, increasing your chances of witnessing unique wildlife encounters. The golden afternoon light also makes for spectacular views and photographs. Later in the evening, you will return to camp for dinner under the stars and overnight in the heart of the African wilderness.

Guests are woken early for coffee or tea and rusks at the main camp area, which overlooks the surrounding wilderness. The group departs on a morning game drive and returns around 10:30 for breakfast. After breakfast, guests have free time to read, rest, or observe the landscape. An afternoon game drive is also scheduled.

Start your final morning at a relaxed pace with tea, coffee, and breakfast as the staff packs up camp. Take a last game drive en route to Maun, pausing for refreshments along the way. We will ensure you arrive at Maun International Airport with enough time for check-in based on your flight schedule.
