Day 1

Your Kilimanjaro Day Hike on the Marangu Route starts with a hotel pick-up from Arusha or Moshi and a drive to Marangu Gate. Hike through lush rainforest for 3–4 hours to Mandara Hut (2,700m), enjoy a packed lunch, and optionally visit Maundi Crater for scenic views. Descend 2–3 hours back to the gate and return to your hotel. The hike includes park fees, a professional guide, packed lunch, drinking water, and round-trip transport.
