Welcome to Tanzania. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative just outside the arrival’s hall, he or she will holding a sign board which shows your name. After a brief introduction and assistance with your luggage, you’ll begin your comfortable transfer to Arusha, the vibrant gateway city to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Upon arrival at the hotel get chance for the briefing on your tour before going to bed.

Note: If you arrive in the early morning and have a few hours to rest at your hotel, you’ll later enjoy a guided Arusha town walking tour, including a visit to the vibrant Maasai Market and the renowned Tanzanite Museum, where you’ll discover the history and beauty of Tanzania’s rare gemstone.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your hotel and with packed lunches prepared, your safari driver-guide will meet you for the day’s adventure. You’ll depart for Tarangire National Park, located just about an hour’s drive away. As you enter the park, you'll be immersed in its stunning scenery lolling savannahs, ancient baobab trees, and the meandering Tarangire River. Tarangire is famous for its massive elephant herds, and it’s not uncommon to witness groups of up to 3,000 elephants, along with thousands of wildebeest and zebra making their seasonal migration in search of water. Predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and enjoy the abundant sightings of plains game like giraffes, impalas, and warthogs.

For bird lovers, Tarangire is a true paradise. The park boasts over 550 recorded bird species, including endemics like the Ashy Starling, Yellow-collared Lovebird and the Rufous-tailed Weaver.

Later after massive game drive, heading to your lodge for dinner and peaceful overnight relaxation.

Day 3

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart from your lodge for a full day safari to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautifully diverse and compact parks, located about 1.5 hours from Tarangire. Though small in size, this park offers a stunning variety of landscapes and wildlife. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, often found lounging in acacia branches a rare behavior not commonly seen elsewhere. The park is also home to large herds of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and playful troops of baboons, one of the largest populations in East Africa.

Bird lovers will be in paradise here, with over 400 bird species, including thousands of pink flamingos, pelicans, kingfishers, and hornbills that frequent the lake and surrounding wetlands. You’ll enjoy a scenic picnic lunch at one of the designated viewpoints.

After lunch, continue your game drive through the diverse habitats, soaking in the rich scenery before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, we set off toward Serengeti National Park, traveling through the lush highlands of the Karatu region and skirting the edge of the iconic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, take in stunning vistas from the Ngorongoro Crater rim, with an opportunity to stop for photos at one of its panoramic viewpoints.

The Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera region, is one of the best places in Africa for year-round wildlife viewing. Its open plains, riverine forests, and rocky outcrops (kopjes), this area supports a high concentration of animals regardless of the season. Attracting a constant stream of wildlife including large prides of lions, leopards lounging in trees, cheetahs on the hunt, elephants, giraffes, and abundant antelope. It's also one of the best places to spot the elusive leopard.

After a thrilling day of wildlife encounters, retreat to your lodge for dinner and a tranquil overnight stay.

Explore Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast at your lodge, set off into the vast open plains, where each moment brings the possibility of an unforgettable wildlife encounter. Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Witness massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, accompanied by dramatic scenes of predators on the hunt. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards take advantage of the abundance of newborns, offering unmatched opportunities for observing predator-prey interactions depending on the time of year. Keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five animals as lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes and the elusive black rhino.

Stops to stretch, take photos, and have a picnic lunch in the wild, surrounded by the sounds of nature and sweeping views of the savannah.

Day 7

After an early breakfast, depart from your Serengeti lodge or camp and begin your scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Anjoy a final game drive through the Serengeti offering last glimpses of lions, elephants, giraffes, or even a chance encounter with a leopard or cheetah.

Reach to the Crater and descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals as herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is its dense population of predators as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. You'll visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Stop for the lunch before proceeding back to Karatu at your lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

After breakfast at your lodge heading back to Arusha via the Maasai village for culture experience. Experiencing the Maasai culture during a safari in Tanzania offers a unique and authentic insight into one of East Africa's most iconic and resilient indigenous communities. The Maasai people, known for their distinct dress, rich oral traditions, and deep connection to land and livestock, offer travelers a meaningful cultural immersion that complements the wildlife aspect of a safari.

Upon arrival at the Maasai village you’ll be warmly welcomed with the beautiful songs while dancing both men's and women. Then you'll be dressing like them before joining them in their dancing, before visiting their homestead, known as a bomaa circular enclosure made of mud, sticks and cow dung. It’s typically led by a village elder or guide who explains the structure and lifestyle of the community. Later after the tour heading to Arusha one way to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast at your hotel, your safari driver will come to pick you to Materuni waterfall at Moshi region, a scenic drive through lush banana and coffee plantations, followed by a guided hike through verdant trails leading to the spectacular waterfall. Nestled at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro at Moshi region, the Materuni Waterfall experience offers nature, culture, and adventure.

The experience is more than just the waterfall but you’ll be welcomed into Materuni Village, home to the Chagga people. Standing at around 70–80 meters tall, the Waterfall is an impressive cascade surrounded by tropical greenery and volcanic rock formed. The sound of rushing water and the cool mist in the air create a refreshing atmosphere, ideal for relaxing. A cultural tour often includes learning about traditional Chagga life, a demonstration of local coffee-making (from bean to cup). Later you’ll have delicious local Tanzanian meal before heading back to Arusha at your hotel for dinner and overnight.
