After an early breakfast, depart from Karatu and enjoy a scenic transfer game drive toward the Central Serengeti. On the way, stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint, where you can admire the breathtaking panorama from the rim and capture memorable photos. Continue through the Ngorongoro Highlands, with a cultural visit to a Maasai Boma, where you will experience traditional Maasai dancing, songs, and even try on Maasai attire. You will arrive in the Central Serengeti in time for lunch before heading out for a guided game drive. Early morning breakfast, after which you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. Explore the crater’s rich ecosystem and enjoy close encounters with the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino as well as other diverse wildlife. Lunch will be served inside the crater, surrounded by stunning scenery. After 6 to 7 hours of immersive game viewing, you will begin the ascent back up the crater rim to Arusha for Departure or overnight.
For this day we advice to take late evening flight for more comfortability of the game drive and enjoy the crater.
