Day 1

At 7am you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel/Airport. Here you will have a stopover at the equator crossing. This is an imaginary line that divides the earth into 2 hemispheres: north and south. There is a big sign where you will be able to take a photo saying you are now crossing the equator then proceed with the journey and arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon you will depart for a game viewing drive in the conservancy. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous dinner ending with good time for resting.

Day 2
Olpejeta Conservancy to Samburu National Reserve
Olpejeta Conservancy to Samburu National Reserve
Breakfast at the camp, then check out with a enroute game drive, departing to Samburu National Reserve located in Northern Kenya. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch, check in and have a short rest. Later I have an evening game viewing.
Samburu is famous for its truly wild semi-arid landscape, and the large concentration of wild animals and bird-life. Together with the adjoining Shaba and Buffalo Springs national reserves, Samburu is popular for hosting the rare Northern-Kenya animal species (Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Gravy's zebra, Beisa Oryx and Somali Ostrich) which are not found in the other popular parks and reserves in Kenya. It is also home to all the African big cats (lion, cheetah and leopard), alongside other big game including elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, hippos, impala, water-buck and many others. Samburu is also a renowned bird watching haven, with hundreds of bird species resident here.

Day 3
Full Game drive in Samburu Reserve

Early morning game drive in the reserve. Later, return to the camp for breakfast. Rest of the mid-morning at relaxation. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Early morning breakfast and thereafter drive back to Nairobi en-route short game drive. You will later proceed to Nairobi with optional lunch on the way.(At your own expenses).
