Day 1

Morning – Materuni Waterfall Hike
Pick up from your Arusha hotel or the airport and drive to Materuni Village. Embark on a scenic hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfall, approximately 45 minutes each way. Enjoy the lush forest scenery, local flora and fauna, and photo opportunities along the trail.

Afternoon – Traditional Lunch & Coffee Experience
Return from the waterfall and enjoy a freshly prepared buffet of traditional Tanzanian dishes for lunch. After lunch, take part in an immersive coffee lesson: first, explore the coffee plantation and see how it grows; then learn the full process—from harvesting and preparation to brewing your own cup. During the session, enjoy traditional singing and dancing, a unique way locals celebrate and motivate while sharing their culture.

Late Afternoon – Return to Arusha
After the coffee experience, drive back to Arusha or the airport, concluding your private day trip with unforgettable memories.
