This experience will be the highlight of your 5-day safari adventure.

Northern Serengeti National park
Northern Serengeti National park
This day is fully devoted to game drives in the Serengeti, a region teeming with diverse wildlife including impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos. The Serengeti is particularly renowned for its enormous migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. The migration patterns shift annually, influenced by rainfall.
Between November and December, the herds journey from the northern woodlands and hills down to the southern grassy plains. Then, during the longer rainy season from April to June, they make their way back north. Alongside the migrating animals, you may also encounter resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions.

Central Serengeti national park
Central Serengeti national park
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on a full-day game drive through the Central Serengeti.
During the day, you’ll explore the park’s varied landscapes, including the famous short grass plains. Here, you’ll witness the breathtaking sight of vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. In January, there’s a special event lasting about three weeks when most of the wildebeest give birth, with approximately half a million calves arriving in an extraordinary, synchronized birthing spectacle.
Though the open grasslands provide little shelter, the newborn wildebeest are remarkably quick—they can run just minutes after birth and are usually strong enough to keep pace with the herd within three days.

Early risers will be rewarded with stunning views of the sunrise over the crater’s rim before setting off for a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater after a hearty breakfast.
This UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized as one of Africa’s Seven Wonders, was formed around three million years ago. The crater is 610 meters deep and spans approximately 260 square kilometers. Home to a dense population of about 25,000 ungulates, it offers some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities in Tanzania. Within minutes, you may spot wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and among the over 500 bird species found here.
If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of endangered black rhinos grazing peacefully. After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch, you will depart the crater in the afternoon and head back to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
