Your unforgettable Tanzania safari from Zanzibar begins bright and early! Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport, where you'll board a scenic 1-hour flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our safari manager, who will give a short briefing and introduce you to your guide.
Before the adventure begins, you’ll enjoy a relaxing breakfast in Arusha. Then, drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobabs and large elephant herds.
Explore the park in a private 4x4 safari jeep with a pop-up roof, spotting giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, impalas, warthogs, and over 550 bird species across the savannahs, swamps, and the Tarangire River.
As the day winds down, your guide will transfer you to a handpicked lodge or tented camp for dinner and your overnight stay wrapping up your first day in the Tanzanian wilderness.

Day 2

After breakfast, your journey continues toward the stunning Rift Valley. You’ll pass through the towns of Mto wa Mbu and Karatu, located in the cool highlands near Ngorongoro Crater. Once in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stop at a scenic viewpoint for breathtaking views of the crater before continuing your journey.
The drive includes a bumpy stretch often called a complimentary “African massage” passing traditional Maasai villages where you might see locals in colorful shukas. You’ll then arrive at Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.
At Naabi Hill Gate, enjoy a short walk to a viewpoint overlooking the endless Serengeti plains. Continue to the Seronera region, known for its abundant wildlife and Big Five sightings.
Lunch is served en route. In the evening, check into your safari camp, savor a delicious dinner under the stars, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 3

Rise early for a magical sunrise game drive in the Serengeti, when the golden light reveals the wild at its most active. This is the perfect time to spot nocturnal predators returning from the hunt and early risers like elephants, zebras, and giraffes starting their day. Morning hours offer the best light for photography and unforgettable animal encounters.
After breakfast at your camp, continue with a full-day safari through the endless plains of Serengeti in your private 4x4 vehicle with a pop-up roof. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word Siringet, meaning "the land that goes on forever" and it truly does.
You’ll explore vast savannahs, rocky outcrops, and riverine habitats in search of the Big Five, as well as cheetahs, hippos, hyenas, antelope, and, depending on the season, the spectacular Great Migration of wildebeests and zebras. The park is also home to over 500 bird species, making it a dream for wildlife lovers and photographers alike.

After breakfast at your Serengeti camp or lodge, set out for a final morning game drive. This is a perfect chance to catch more wildlife in action, from predators to grazing herds. If you're visiting during the migration season, you might witness parts of the Great Migration. Your guide will plan the route to increase chances of spotting the Big Five.
By midday, begin the drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, traveling through the open plains and rocky terrain of Serengeti. Since the parks are unfenced, you'll likely see animals along the way.
Upon reaching the crater rim, check in to your lodge or tented camp, ideally located with panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy a relaxing dinner with breathtaking scenery, setting the tone for the next day’s descent into the crater for another exciting safari experience.

After an early breakfast, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. For the best sightings, a packed breakfast is ideal to reach the crater floor early—boosting your chances of spotting rare species like the endangered Black Rhino.
The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. Its 600-meter-high walls form a natural haven for diverse wildlife, including the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino. You may also encounter wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, hippos, and a wide variety of birds.
Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, where you can dine as these massive animals laze in the water nearby. After lunch, ascend the crater rim and begin your journey back to Arusha - Zanzibar, taking in the final scenic views of this extraordinary region along the way.
