After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to the airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Great Rift Valley and Kenya’s dramatic landscapes during the short flight. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will meet you at the airstrip and transfer you to your camp or lodge, arriving in time for lunch.
Later in the afternoon, head out on your first game drive in the Masai Mara, renowned for its exceptional wildlife, especially predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The reserve borders Tanzania and is the northern extension of the Serengeti ecosystem, forming a key wildlife corridor between the two countries.
After an exciting afternoon on the savannah, return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay, surrounded by the magical sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2

After breakfast, enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara, conducted by the Sand River Camp’s custom safari vehicles and expert guides. The reserve is famous for its black-maned lions and diverse resident wildlife. It’s one of the few places where you might spot the Big Five in a single game drive. Cheetahs here are known for their bold behavior—some even seek shade under vehicles or climb on the roof for a better vantage point.
Bird lovers will be thrilled, with nearly 500 recorded species, including 16 types of eagle, various hawks and falcons, six species of vultures, eight kinds of storks, four bustards (including the kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and nine sunbird species.
Return to camp between drives for meals and relaxation, and end the day with dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you'll be met and transferred either to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure or to your Nairobi hotel or residence (transfer within Nairobi is included; accommodation is at your own account).
