06:00 – Zanzibar Airport Check-in
You'll meet your representative, receive a briefing, and board a charter flight to Ruaha (approx. 3–4 hours). You'll enjoy aerial views of Tanzania’s savannahs
09:30 – Arrival at Ruaha Airstrip & Morning Game Drive
You land at Ruaha Airstrip and meet your guide. You begin a morning game drive across Ruaha’s open plains and river valleys. You'll spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and wildebeest.
Midday – Picnic Lunch
You'll pause for a bush picnic lunch at a scenic spot overlooking the river or plains.
Afternoon – Afternoon Game Drive
You'll continue exploring Ruaha’s dramatic landscapes, focusing on predator sightings and bird watching. You visit the Ruaha River area for hippos, crocodiles & water birds.
5:30 – Return to Ruaha Airstrip
You drive back to the airstrip with final wildlife sightings before departure.
6:00 – Flight Ruaha - Zanzibar
Board your charter flight back to Zanzibar, arriving in the evening for hotel transfer.
