Upon arrival in Uganda, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your safari guide who will brief you on the journey ahead.
You will then set off northwest toward Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area.
On the way, stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can track white rhinos on foot.
This rare and up-close encounter with these endangered giants is a great way to begin your wildlife adventure.
Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, where you’ll visit the Top of the Falls a breathtaking sight were the
Nile River thunders through a narrow 7-meter gorge before plunging 43 meters below. The force and roar of the water
is unforgettable.

Day 2

Start your day with an early morning game drive across the savannah plains of Murchison Falls NP. Expect to see
elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and several species of antelope. The park’s open terrain makes wildlife sightings
frequent and rewarding. In the afternoon, take a boat safari along the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. This relaxing
cruise is rich with sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife, including African fish eagles and
kingfishers. After the boat safari, transfer to Hoima, a cultural town end route to the southwestern circuit, for an overnight
rest and dinner.

Day 3

making it a biodiversity hotspot. After the trek, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park for evening check-in and
relaxation.

Start the day with a game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, one of the park’s best areas for spotting lions, Uganda kob,
elephants, and warthogs. The park’s diverse habitats make it a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers. At
11:00 AM, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake Edward and Lake
George. This channel is famous for its dense population of hippos, buffaloes, crocodiles, and over 600 bird species.
After the cruise, head south to the Ishasha Sector, renowned for its tree-climbing lions a rare and spectacular sight
in Africa.

the heat of the day. This behavior is unique to this region and adds a thrilling twist to your safari. Afterward, drive
further south into the mountainous terrain of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world’s
remaining mountain gorillas. The scenery transitions into misty hills and thick rainforest.

Day 6

Today is the highlight of your safari gorilla trekking in Bwindi. After a briefing from park rangers, you’ll trek
through thick rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the
gorillas’ location, but the moment you come face-to-face with these gentle giants is profoundly moving and worth every
step. After spending an hour with the gorillas, return to your lodge for lunch before transferring to Lake Bunyonyi,
one of Africa’s most beautiful and serene crater lakes. Enjoy the cool highland air and peaceful atmosphere.

Day 7

Depart Lake Bunyonyi and drive through the rolling hills of southwestern Uganda to Lake Mburo National Park.
This small but beautiful park is a great place to unwind and offers a variety of activities, including walking safaris, boat
rides, and game drives. Upon arrival, you may opt for a short afternoon game drive or simply relax at your lodge.

Walking Safari – Return to Kampala/Entebbe via Equator
Walking Safari – Return to Kampala/Entebbe via Equator
Enjoy an early morning walking safari accompanied by a ranger. Lake Mburo is one of the few parks in Uganda
where walking among wild animals is permitted. Get a close look at zebras, elands, impalas, and birds in their natural
environment. After breakfast, begin the drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. En route, stop at the Uganda Equator
line in Kayabwe for a symbolic photo opportunity and lunch. You’ll also have a chance to visit craft shops for souvenirs.
Arrive in Entebbe/Kampala in the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your incredible Uganda adventure.
