It serves as a gateway to some of East Africa’s most iconic safari destinations, including Serengeti National Park and Mount Kilimanjaro the continent’s highest peak, standing at 5,895 meters and located about 100 kilometers to the northeast.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your lodge early in the morning to begin a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park, with packed lunch boxes for the day.

Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants and its diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to open savannah, all centered around the meandering Tarangire River. During the game drive, you may witness a lion stalking its prey or spot a leopard resting high in the trees.

After the game drive, we’ll head to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we depart for Serengeti National Park, embarking on an exciting journey of wildlife viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park, surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, the adventure continues with a game drive as we make our way to the camp.

The Serengeti is world renowned for its spectacular annual migration of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests. Along the way, be prepared to witness Africa’s iconic predators leopards, cheetahs, and lions in action, playing their vital role in the circle of life.

Today, you will wake up early to enjoy magical morning game drives in Serengeti National Park, taking advantage of the prime hours when wildlife is most active. In the afternoon, you will depart for Ngorongoro, where you will spend the night at a lodge located near Ngorongoro Crater.

Staying there allows for an early descent into the Crater the following morning an ideal time to observe animals while they are still active and the light is perfect for photography.

Serengeti is world famous for its great migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests. Be prepared to witness resident predators lions, leopards, and cheetahs fulfilling their role in the timeless circle of life.

After breakfast, we will depart to the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. Once the game drive is complete, we will transfer you to Arusha airport or Kilimanjaro airport where our services end.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s natural wonders. It is home to approximately 30,000 large mammals year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino. The crater is also a haven for birdlife, featuring species such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards.

With its rich concentration of wildlife in a relatively small area, you're likely to spot many animals in a short amount of time.
