Gishwati Forest can be visited at any time. The best time is in the Dry season, from June to September, when hiking conditions are optimum. Although it can rain at any time, there’s lots of sunshine in these months. The trails will be less slippery and getting out in dry conditions is overall more pleasant.

Best Time June to September (These months are relatively dry)
High Season June to September (The park is never busy)
Low Season March, April, May, October and November (These are the peaks of the rains)
