If you are planning a short stay in Nairobi you should not miss doing a morning or afternoon Safari in the Nairobi National Park, including a visit to the Elephant Orphange within the park. We enjoyed seeing the 11am elephant orphanage feeding time demostration and the informative commentary provided by one of the keepers. During the safari we got very good close up pictures of Ostrich and a good variety of other wildlife.

Home for black rhinos. Compared to Maasai Mara, Amboseli and lake Nakuru, less numbers of wildlife appeared. But this is also a home for Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage where we can meet orphaned elephants and see how the conservation going well in Kenya.

For a very short 4 hour game drive its perfect. Wouldn't want to do more than one drive there it is very small (no elephants). We enjoyed it though

Nice park right next to the city. It certainly has less wildlife than the other ones but the location works great for a day safari. The best part is definitely the elephant orphanage.

Very pricy! Good for seeing Rhinos and lions if you can´t make it out of Nairobi.

The fee for the national park is very high, making it very expensive to visit. But it's worth it!

When you stay a few days in Nairobi this is nice to visit. You can also visit the Sheldrick elephant orphanege as the government made it like this, only possible to visit the orphanege through Nairobi NP, what isn't so good for the orphanege

Close to the capital city Nairobi, it stretches several Kms all along the highway going to Amboseli NP.

A lot of wildlife for such a small park, but also a lot of tourists.
