I would recommend this guide!

Unfortunately, our previous experience was very disappointing. The guide did not seem to understand how to properly plan and organize a safari, and I would definitely not describe the experience as a luxury tour.

The guide provided almost no information about the animals, wildlife or nature. We received very little explanation or insight throughout the safari, which was particularly disappointing because this is such an important part of the experience.

I would also like to highlight the quality of the vehicle and equipment. Everything was very old and basic, and for a luxury safari, I believe the quality of the vehicle makes a huge difference to the overall experience.

Another very important point is the quality of the accommodation. All of the lodges and camps that were booked for us were of a very basic standard. If you are paying for a luxury safari, you should expect a completely different level of comfort and service. In our case, we were staying in very simple tents and basic conditions, ( sometimes even without water) which did not correspond at all to what we understood as a “luxury experience”.

We were so disappointed that we decided to cancel the safari in the middle of the trip. Unfortunately, we also did not feel that the situation was handled in a particularly customer-oriented or professional way.

I simply want to be very honest about our experience, as I would not recommend this service.

The care put into creating unforgettable experiences is amazing. They are passionate about wildlife, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest has an amazing safari. If you’re looking for a safari company that values great service and attention to detail, Undugu Safaris is definitely worth considering. I wish i could relive this trip 100% over.

Undugu Safari was an extraordinary experience. All expedition details were communicated with great clarity and ease beforehand. Our accommodations were fabulous, and our vehicle was perfect. We loved the pop-up shade cover and built-in cooler on hot days. The guide and driver were fantastic at locating animals and explaining their behavior. We saw the “big five” animals and so much more—including a male lion eating a zebra! The provided lunch was delicious and accommodated a vegetarian in the group. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge, professionalism, excellent communication, and care.

Our experience with Undugu Safaris was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The vehicles were clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for long game drives. Our guide was knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to get us to the best viewing spots. We were able to see so many incredible animals up close, including cheetahs, lions, elephants, and giraffes.

Every moment felt well organized, safe, and exciting. You can really tell the team loves what they do and cares about giving guests the best possible experience. I can’t recommend Undugu Safaris enough — it was truly the highlight of my trip! The food on our lunch break was awesome too.

The team was fantastic, our guides Michael and Nickson were so enjoyable to be around and very accommodating. The chef cooked great food even with some dietary restraints our group had, and the lunch was a full meal, while many other company’s served box lunches. The safari experience was incredible, the driver and guide did an awesome job getting us around and in great places for photos. Fantastic Company would definitely book with them again!!!
