A memorable first time African Safari..

The Mara Wanderlust helped us organize our 11 day Kenya Safari in September and it was nothing short of great. The agent, Vincent, was responsive throughout the planning process and even during our safari in Kenya. This being our first African safari, we really loved it. We will definitely book with mara wonderlust again. We wish them all the best!

Very friendly and patient agency. Everything was seamless from the first contact to when we flew out of Kenya. Vincent listened to what we needed and shared various options that were even better. Since we had a little child he suggested we stay in Nairobi on the first day, this actually made me feel he cared for our safari. He was also patient when we requested to change the hotel choices. We really appreciate the Mara Wanderlust for giving us a wonderful first time Kenya Safari.

We booked with The Mara Wanderlust for Masai Mara safari package in August. Vincent took us through the whole process, answeing all our questions. We ended up extending to Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. The driver guide also ensured our experience was wonderful through out the safari. We highly recommend The Mara Wanderlust.

Vincent arranged our Kenya trip and answered all our queries very patiently. You can rely on him for his expertise and anything you want to arrange extra during your trip. I will give Vincent and Mara Wanderlust 100/100 for each of the heads such as communications, service, value for money, reliability and the tour. Initially I was skeptical booking through a service that I found online. However, all my fears were belied. Vincent was available at any time of day to answer my incessant questions. He provided me with the best deals and I could compare the same with atleast 8-10 other tour agencies. He went out of the way in ensuring that our group of three had a memorable trip and provided help and solution for each and everything.
