When planning our travels, we always use local tour operators. For Madagascar, we chose ComeToMada, which turned out to be an excellent choice. They helped us plan our 16-day trip and organised every single detail, including the cars, guides, local flights, accommodation and all extra activities we requested. It is worth noting that planning a trip through Madagascar is challenging since the infrastructure is quite poor. Nevertheless, Sanda organised everything perfectly.

But not only that. During out trip Sanda checked every day with our guides if everything was fine. In the event of any issues, he reacted immediately. Things can go wrong during every trip but on Madagascar they are quite common due to the underdeveloped tourism industry and poor infrastructure, Therefore, having a reliable tour operator is crucial. When our car experienced problems with engine cooling system, a new car has been provided. When Madagascar Airlines cancelled our domestic flight, Sanda managed to rebook our tickets and adjusted the itinerary so that we could still do all the planned activities. We knew all the time that we were well looked after.

When I had seen the 5.0 rating for ComeToMada on Tripadvisor, I thought “too good to be true”. But now I understand where it comes from, and I know this rating is fully deserved. I award them 5 star here on SafariBookings and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to experience the real Madagascar.

Responsive, flexible and accommodating

Planning a trip to Madagascar can be challenging, especially when you are short on time and on a budget. When reaching out to different travel agents the Come To Madagascar team right from the start proved to be extremely responsive, flexible and accommodating. Their reliable and sturdy off-road vehicles and experienced drivers were able to tackle even the most challenging roads (Tsingy de Bemaraha!), and their guides were an invaluable source of information and curiosities to keep you entertained during the long hours on the road. I felt safe and cared for, so I was able to enjoy every moment of this holiday of a lifetime to the full. Thank you Sanda, Angelot, Rindra & Co.!

Madagascar is a treasure, i never expected that much, we have a wonderfull experience every single day and place, our Guide is a very nice and knowledge person and makes everything much Better, we recommend so much this trip and for me is a Must to go back

Amazing!

As a biology teacher I may have spent the whole trip slightly overexcited, I did burst into tears when I got to see a giraffe necked weevil. Madagascar is huge and there were days we spent travelling between trekking and wildlife locations. On the journeys, Sanda would tell us about the country, wildlife and the people.

I am a vegetarian with an anaphylactic nut allergy. On the whole the food was delicious and I certainly never went hungry.

Absolutely amazing trip of a lifetime. One of the highlights being the giraffe necked weevil, and ano ther watching sunrise from the summit of peak boby.

Sandra was easy to travel with and a very knowledgeable guide. He was always concerned about us.

We travelled from Tana down the main highway to the South West of Madagascar. We visited 4 nature reserves and access to the Lemurs was superb. We were able to get very close to them and spend significant time watching them in their habitat. The experience of our guide, Sanda was invaluable and his stories and background information were fascinating. The tour was well organised and the accommodation was in beautiful resort style hotels.
