We are very impressed with outstanding professionalism and flawless organization, respectful communication, and genuine hospitality. We received fast answers, clear pricing, and expert guidance. Itinerary was crafted to enjoy safari, safety, and comfort and within our budget.
Extra luggage was kept free of charge at the office, adding convenience and trust.
Special requirements, including vegetarian meals, were met without hesitation.
Skilled driver cum guide shared knowledge throughout the game ride. Every detail, from transport to lodging, was thoughtfully coordinated. The pickup and drop off from airport made it super convenient.

The trip created effortless travel and long lasting memories for us.

Our safari was beyond expectation. First, they've got you the best tour guide, and you'll know by yourself and from others' mouths, for a good tour guide is someone who always cares about your overall experience in and out the vehicle, not to mention that he makes sure you see those wildlife hiding in the bushes which you would definitely miss by falling asleep in the vehicle. We did see the big five and the ugly five thanks to our tour guide, and we fell asleep a lot in the vehicle. And guess what? You can't bring nothing back to your friends in your home country, right? He's got it! He took us to a Carrefour to get souvenirs in local price, not at the pricey places, and we got very good Dormans and Javahouse coffee in fair price. Second, Peter himself was hospitalble and responsible. He greeted us in his office in Nairobi, explained everything in detail on the itinerary, and got us a super heavy-duty and useful hat before the safari for each of us. Last but not least, he is very reachable. I think this is the most important thing when you are in a foreign country that you always know who to contact when you need something, urgent or not, and he is there. Highly recommended Pavillion Safaris overall.

Supportive, highly comfortable and affordable safari tour

I did the 3-day safari to Amboseli and I really had a great experience starting from the booking until my arrival back in Nairobi. Peter was super supportive in assisting me and accounting for my needs. Everything was well organised and comfortable, including the accomodation, food and tours within the park. We saw a lot of elephants, as expected, but also lions, buffalos and several antilope species, in addition to a hyena and suricates! I highly recommend and I look forward to have the chance to repeat it :)

Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and deeply passionate about wildlife, turning each day into a meaningful and memorable adventure.Leroy handled flawlessly, far exceeding our expectations from day 1 to the last day thank so much peter for organisation and the hotels offered during the safari .
