Great safari trip

We booked a 3 day safari to Serengeti National Park, including a sunrise hot air balloon safari, with Toilo Tours & Safaris, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.

A special thank you to Julius for arranging every detail so professionally. Communication was excellent, and everything went exactly as planned, making our trip completely stress-free.

Our guide, Edwin, was absolutely amazing! He is incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife. Thanks to his experience and determination, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five along with countless other incredible animals. He always made sure we had the best wildlife viewing opportunities and shared fascinating information throughout the safari.

The highlight of our trip was the sunrise hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti. Watching the sun rise above the endless plains while wildlife roamed below was breathtaking. It truly captured our hearts and is an experience we will never forget.

Thank you again to Julius, Edwin, and the entire Toilo Safari team for creating such wonderful memories. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania!

Excellent is not enough for Toilo and for Julius the owner. I found it stumbled on Google maps while I was looked for an agency in Arusha. Julius has been very kindly and professional as soon I got in touch with him. I would to spend 7 days on Kilimanjaro for hiking and then 4 days for Safari and he sent me a detailed itinerary, with all info I needed. For Kilimanjaro he reserved for us two excellent guides Frank and Angela who follow us for all the week, always smiling, awesome and very skilled!
About Safari we spent 4 days between Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with a shared service: everything has been amazing from the guide to the lodges where we slept. Julius is always reachable, if you need some info or help he reply you immediately by WhatsApp taking care of you.

Toilo Tours and Safaris delivered a perfect safari adventure. The pre-trip communication was clear and responsive, and the service throughout was impeccable.Everything was handled with total professionalism. They are highly reliable, and considering the quality of the guides and logistics, it is excellent value for money. The trip was full of magical highlights: the surreal feeling of having massive elephants right next to our vehicle, watching a male lion rolling around just like a house cat, spotting a leopard in Tarangire National Park, and the incredible moment we saw two rhinos running right beside us inside the Ngorongoro Crater. I highly recommend Toilo to anyone looking for a seamless, life-changing trip to Tanzania.

We were incredibly excited for this safari, as a trip to Tanzania had been on our bucket list for a long time. It exceeded all our expectations! Tanzania is a beautiful country with incredible wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.

Our guide, Amani, was fantastic. His expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner made the entire safari a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Julius also did an excellent job organizing the well-planned itinerary; everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.

We were hesitant to book with Toilo Safari at first because it seemed like a new and small company. However, after reading a few excellent reviews, we decided to trust them and give them a chance and we’re so glad we did.

From the beginning, Julius was incredibly kind, responsive, and helped us plan a fantastic safari. He personally picked us up from the airport and made sure everything was well organized. Our guide, Khaleed, was outstanding. His knowledge of wildlife and his ability to spot animals were amazing. Thanks to him, we saw so many animals and had an unforgettable safari experience.

The food throughout the trip was excellent, and we especially loved trying the delicious local dishes like ugali amd pilau. Every part of the safari exceeded our expectations.

Based on the exceptional service we received, we highly recommend them. They are professional, reliable, and offer excellent value for money. We would definitely book with them again.
