She responded promptly to all my questions and requests, and did her best to provide perfect service

Unlike a typical game drive, my main goal was to see as many bird species as possible, and Owen, the guide assigned by the company, was the perfect choice. He was experienced, kind, and highly professional, which made my three-day solo trip neither boring nor stressful at all.

In addition, I was amazed by the quality of the meals prepared by Mosh, the camp chef—they were hard to believe were cooked fresh outdoors.
