Prompt service and follow up when planning and booking. The tour guide, John, was excellent and was very ethical and conservation minded. He was also very knowledgeable about the variety of species we seen.

Shian tours were very responsive yo our needs. We arranged from US and in spite of time difference, Jackie was always available to discuss and answer our questions. The tour guide, Peter, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. We had one issue with regard to the tour itinerary but this was resolved right away.

Our Kenya trip with Shian Tours & Travel was nothing short of magical. We had a wonderful trip to Masai Mara. Our driver was very kind and accommodating with pick up and drop off outside of Nairobi. The drive was safe and comfortable with stops along the way. The itinerary allowed for a perfect balance between seeing the wildlife, enjoying our accomodation, and resting. This was a lifetime experience and we are very grateful to the Shian Team for taking care of us.

Getting in touch with the staff of Shian Tours was from the beginning professional, helpful and they immediately caught our preferences.
Jacqueline , who did the main communication and preparation upfront until we met in person, was just treasure to us. She immediately reacted to our requests and questions, no matter via email, WhatsApp or phone calls. And this from the beginning, during the whole trip and even after in helping with items which even didn’t belong to the trip itself.
The whole trip was an experience of a lifetime! And with Shian Tours, Jacqueline and of cause the best driver ever Kelvin, who accompanied us very day of our Safari, we cannot be more thankful!
Always again, and worth every penny!!
