Amazing tour and operators!

We had an amazing time on our safari! We went in early August and got to see the big 5 as well as plenty of other animals too. Our driver, James, knew all the best spots for the wildlife and went above and beyond to give us a good sighting. And the tour was such good value for money compared to others available online, and even with the budget accommodation option, the two rooms we stayed in over the three nights were both very nice, clean and each had an en-suite. I couldn’t recommend this tour provider more!

I went on a two-week holiday with my friends and we had an unforgettable experience with Cache Tours and Safaris. From the moment we started planning the trip, the communication was smooth and professional. The team was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the holiday.
The tour was very cost efficient and offered excellent value for money. Everything was well organised, including transport, accommodation, and activities. The hotels were comfortable and clean, and the travel arrangements were handled perfectly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience without stress.
What stood out the most was the top-class treatment we received from the staff and guides. They were respectful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure we were safe and enjoying every moment of the trip. We visited beautiful places, had amazing safari experiences, and created memories that will stay with us forever.
I would highly recommend Cache Tours and Safaris to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and professional tour company. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Dishonest and money hungry people

Horrible experience. 2nights 1 day safari very unorganized and safari driver could care less that we spent only 2 hrs in safari and only 40 minutes was actual driving. Lodging had no power expect for 1/2 hrs each day. Waste of time and money

We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations it’s never our intention for any guest to feel disappointed.

That said, we’d like to clarify an important detail. At the time of booking during the whatsapp conversation, the recommendation was for a 3-day safari, as a 2-day/1-night itinerary is quite limited and typically allows only a short evening game drive and a brief morning activity. This was clearly explained so you could have the best possible experience. However, you preferred the shorter option despite the limitations and your guide confirmed that you had an evening game drive on day 1.

Regarding the hotel's power, many properties in safari areas operate on scheduled generator times when their is no electricity, which can mean limited electricity hours this is standard in many remote parks and not something controlled by us...and we went ahead and confirmed with the hotel you stayed during your safari and the below is the feedback we got from the management...
" This just a short brief about the camp.
Our tents are self contained tent with flash toilet band both hot and cold shower.
Electric is a twenty hour system but some times we experience blackout due the instability on electricity but we have boiler and generators for backup whereby clients get power with or without the main Kenya power though limited evening hours for generator use is from 6:30 to 10:00pm morning hours 5:00 to 7:00am
All our tents have mosquito nets all of them."

Safari was great

Start of safari was bad, we waited over 1h for driver at the airport, but after that everything was good. We took shared trip but for 95% time we were alone. accommodation in camps were Basic but good. Hotel was very nice. Food also plain but good.
Driver was on time, he was good driver. We saw many animals.
Car was okay.
I reccomend trip!
