The Best Way to Experience the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater

If you are looking for a safari that feels personal rather than like a standard tourist package, I Artis Adventure is an excellent choice.

We spent three fantastic days exploring Tanzania’s incredible wildlife, with two days in the Serengeti and another day in the Ngorongoro Crater. The landscapes were breathtaking, and seeing all five of the Big Five was a highlight we will remember for the rest of our lives.

A special mention goes to Martin, who guided us throughout our safari. His experience was immediately noticeable, and we really appreciated his relaxed approach and ability to make the most of every game drive. He never seemed focused on simply ticking things off a list. Instead, he gave us the time to enjoy the sightings and appreciate the wildlife around us. This made a real difference and gave us the feeling of having a much more exclusive safari than we might have experienced with one of the larger companies.

Behind the scenes, Maria did a fantastic job organizing the entire trip. Everything was arranged professionally, and the logistics worked seamlessly. Having someone so reliable taking care of the planning meant we could simply enjoy the adventure.

The accommodation in the Serengeti was another highlight. Staying in the middle of the wilderness was an incredible experience, especially knowing that wildlife was moving around us even after sunset. The food, drinks, and overall arrangements were also excellent.

What impressed us most was the combination of professional organization and a genuinely personal experience. Both Maria and Martin clearly care about what they do, and that shines through in every aspect of the trip.

An Unforgettable Safari Adventure with I Artis Adventure

Our safari in Tanzania was an experience we will never forget! Seeing all of the Big Five in their natural habitat was absolutely incredible, and spending time in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater was a dream come true.

What made the experience particularly special was the way everything was organized. Maria took care of all the planning in advance and made sure everything ran smoothly, from the flights and transfers to the accommodation and safari arrangements. Everything was perfectly coordinated, and we felt in great hands throughout the entire trip.

Martin was an amazing safari guide who truly made the experience unforgettable. His extensive knowledge of the wildlife, his experience, and his enthusiasm were impressive. He took the time to find the best wildlife encounters and never made us feel rushed. Compared with larger safari operators, the experience felt much more personal and exclusive.

One of our absolute highlights was staying at a lodge in the middle of the Serengeti wilderness. Being surrounded by nature was magical, and waking up to the reality of being in the wild was an experience in itself. We even had a hyena wandering past our lodge during the night!

Everything, from the food and drinks to the game drives, was excellent. A huge thank you to Maria for organizing everything so beautifully and to Martin for sharing his knowledge and passion with us.

It was an unforgettable journey.Our deepest gratitude goes to our exceptional guide, who truly shaped our journey. He was incredibly dedicated and always worked hard to secure the best viewing spots for us, allowing us to luckily witness the wildebeest crossing early on our third morning. But what I loved most about this safari was simply cruising in the Land Cruiser and embracing the unpredictable landscapes and spontaneous encounters along the way. Waiting and deferring to nature was a lesson he taught me out there. He helped me let go of expectations and stop chasing specific sights. By learning to accept nature’s own rhythm, every unexpected wildlife encounter became a truly breathtaking surprise. His efforts made us feel so safe and well cared for.
We also want to thank Maria for her patient communication before the trip. On our first night, our flight was delayed, and we then got stuck in a terrible traffic jam with no phone signal. Our driver waited for us for such a long time, and Maria went out of her way to keep in touch with him and our host. Thank you both for a beautiful journey that left us with such a warm feeling in our hearts.

They made sure I was comfortable, helped me take photos and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. The service was excellent and everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic safari in Tanzania and everything was very well organized from beginning to end. The itinerary was great, allowing us to experience Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, each one completely different and incredible in its own way.

The whole team made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly, from the transfers and accommodation to the game drives, so we could simply enjoy the experience without worrying about the logistics.

We saw amazing wildlife, beautiful landscapes and came home with memories we will never forget. We would definitely recommend I Artist Adventure to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable safari in Tanzania.
