Better organised than Switzerland! Everything is taken care of perfectly. So many extra kindnesses. We’ve never had a better experience and I have been to 150 countries. Wonderful lodge in the national park, and just a great great experience all around.

During my summer trip across Africa, I travelled with six different safari operators in South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda, so I had plenty of opportunities to compare the quality of service. I can confidently say that East Africa Safari was by far the most professional and impressive company I worked with.

From the very beginning, Anna, my coordinator, was absolutely fantastic: extremely efficient, friendly, responsive and always attentive to my needs. Communication was incredibly easy, and I always felt that everything was perfectly organized and taken care of.

In Rwanda, my guide Gerrard was simply outstanding. He accompanied me for my gorilla trekking experience and also took the time to really understand what I was interested in, adapting and personalizing my tour of Kigali accordingly. He was knowledgeable, attentive, warm and genuinely committed to making the experience special.

The gorilla trek itself was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life, and the professionalism and care of East Africa Safari made the whole journey even more memorable.

After travelling with several operators across Africa, East Africa Safari truly stood out from all the others. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a trip in East Africa. A huge thank you to Anna and Gerrard for an unforgettable experience!

East Africa Safaris was a last minute addition to our 6 week Africa itinerary. From day 1 the communication was excellent. We chose mid- range hotels. The pricing for the 5 day package was excellent. In addition to trekking there were numerous high quality included activities such as a boat cruise on lake Kivu. All activities were high quality and the hotels were excellent. My driver/guide, Sam, and my guide Isimbi were great. They both were professional, service oriented and fun to be around. I highly recommend East Africa Safaris. I guarantee an unbelievable experience.

We had an unforgetabel and amazing experience with east africa safaris. Our Guide Jean-Claud was kind, super friendly and knew a lot about wildlife and history of the country. Isimbi and Jean-Claud were so welcoming and we felt safe in every second. We had breathtaking experience during the gorilla hike. Everything was perfectly planed. Also the vehicle was really good. The trip to Akagera Nationalpark was comfortable due to safe driving and a good road infrastructure. We also had brakes inbetween destinations for lunch or coffeebrakes. All our Accomidations were excellent, not only the rooms, but also the people were very kind and welcoming. We couldn’t think of a better honeymoon. Ruwanda has a special place in our heart and that also because of the experience with east africa safaris.
