Reliable, perfect organization, good value for money
5/5

During our trip planning,we contacted a few agencies, but Nkollo tours met our needs with adjusting to our wishes very qiuckly and with much patience. Thank you,Mercy! Everything went smoothly-from the airport pickup, accomodation in Arusha, two wonderful day trips. All the guides were professional and we learned and saw a lot. But the best, amazing part, is the 5-day safari with Ringo. That was incredible! The wilderness is breathtaking, but the guide that loves it and knows it as Ringo does, makes it unforgetable experience. Besides,we have felt totaly safe. The drive was full of stories, jokes and good mood thank to that good fellow. Serious when he should be, joyfull all the time, quiet and discrete, but on our service, and so full of knowledge and love for wildlife and Afrika. Accomodation very comfortable, food excellent. We have seen what we ciuld not believe one could, due to Ringo's instinct, driving skills and wish to give us the best he can. Excellent English. Unforgetable smile. We love Ringo, and we will certainly recommend Nkollo tours and Ringo as the safari guide to all of our ftiends who plan Tanzania.

Great safari trip, Anne gave great support and Gerald is an excellent guide.
5/5

We had a wonderful safari experience arranged by Nkollo Tours & Safaris. Anne was super helpful and always replied promptly whenever we had questions or adjustments to our itinerary. Our guide Gerald was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was professional and punctual. The whole trip was well-organized and smooth, even when we met unexpected issues like lost luggage. Highly recommend this company for your Tanzania trip!

Nkollo made our first trip to Africa and Tanzania life-changing!
5/5

When we started planning our Tanzania trip, we were stressed about which safaris and lodges to book and how to find trustworthy lodges and guides. On Safaribookings, I came across Nkollo and several other tour operators, all of whom sent free quotes promptly. But the responsiveness and supportive attitude of Annie Wallace from Nkollo stood out. She accommodated every customization we asked for and planned the trip perfectly.

Annie also helped with things that were never part of our booking: airport transfers, celebrations at the lodges we stayed at, free upgrades to luxury lodges, and more.

We also want to thank our friendly and amazing guide, Said. He was accommodating and deeply knowledgeable about all the parks and sighting areas. He didn't just help us spot wildlife; he helped us understand the parks and the behavioral patterns of the animals. That turned our safari into an immersive experience of observing wildlife rather than simply sighting animals. Before every game drive, Said would tell us, "Let the nature surprise us!" And surprise us it did, thanks to Nkollo.

Said and Annie went above and beyond to give us a beautiful, memorable first experience of Africa and Tanzania. Nkollo believes in prompt and honest communication and stellar service, at a price that was better than any other operator I spoke with.

I would also like to acknowledge the man behind this amazing organization, Alan, who is building a travel company focused on quality Tanzanian experiences at great value for money. Keep up the good work! We hope to experience Tanzania with Nkollo again the next time we visit this beautiful country.

We strongly recommend Nkollo to any first-time traveller to Tanzania.

PS: Our guide told us Nkollo means "Soul" in the founder's local language. That is exactly what every interaction with the Nkollo team felt like: soulful, warm people genuinely trying to give you a great experience in Tanzania.

Unforgettable 6-Day Safari with Nkollo Tours & Safaris – 5 Stars!
5/5

We had an amazing 6-day safari with Nkollo Tours & Safaris! Our guide Gerald was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We saw Lion,Common Wathog,Serval in Northern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. The jeep was comfortable and well-stocked, and all the lodges and camps were great. Everything was well organized, from airport transfers to local SIM cards. Highly recommended! Asante sana, Nkollo!

absolutely unforgettable.

The team’s communication was clear and prompt from the very first inquiry, answering every question we had patiently. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about local wildlife, helping us spot the Big Five effortlessly. The service felt personal and thoughtful, and the entire trip was well-organized, making it 100% reliable with zero unexpected issues. It’s fantastic value for money, far exceeding our expectations. We will definitely book with them again and recommend to all friends!
